CP# 3 Layers Sponge(foam)

1. Structure: Foam layer + Printing layer + Surface layer.
2. Manufacturing Process: Foam layer and printing layer enter the furnace - Subsequent lamination with the surface layer - Rolling.
3. Features: The glossiness is not as bright as four-layer sponge(foam) flooring; the patterns may deform slightly, please note; the adhesion is poorer than four-layer sponge(foam) flooring; lighter than four-layer sponge(foam) flooring, please note; high cost-effectiveness; strong competitiveness; sponge(foam) flooring belongs to bulky and lightweight cargo, usually shipped in 40HQ containers, with a weight of 16-21 tons.
4. Main Markets: Most countries in Africa and Southeast Asia.

AS# Frosted Sponge(foam)

1. Structure: Foam layer + printing layer + surface layer.
2. Production Process: The transparent surface layer, foam layer, and printing layer are simultaneously foamed in the furnace, but the printing layer must use high-temperature ink.
3. Features: The glossiness is not as bright as four-layer sponge(foam) flooring; the cost of high-temperature ink is slightly higher. Using high-temperature ink for foaming will definitely result in color differences. Patterns may deform slightly. Please note that color variations are possible, but try to minimize the differences. The use of 8C thickness printing film increases the cost, but the tear resistance is still slightly inferior to four-layer sponge(foam) flooring. Due to the use of high-temperature ink, the price is slightly higher than CP# foam flooring. The surface has a matte sanding effect, and the tear resistance is equivalent to CP foam flooring. Matte foam does not accept any embossing process. It is not recommended to use 1.0mm foam as the matte effect is not obvious and the tear resistance is poor.

OD# 4 Layers Sponge(foam)

1. Structure: Foam layer + covering layer + printing layer + surface layer.
2. Production Process: The foam layer and covering layer enter the furnace, followed by the printing and surface layer bonding process, and then the product is rolled up.
3. Features: Slightly higher calcium content than NP#, cheaper, slightly lower quality than NP#; glossiness is brighter than CP#, less color difference, printed with ordinary ink. A full 40HQ container weighs between 23-28 tons.
4. Main Markets: Some African countries and countries in Central and South America.

NP# 4 Layers Sponge(foam)

1. Structure: Foam layer + covering layer + printing layer + surface layer.
2. Production Process: The foam layer and covering layer enter the furnace, followed by the printing and surface layer bonding process, and then the product is rolled up.
3. Features: Glossiness is brighter than CP#, with less color difference, and printed with ordinary ink; the weight of a full 40HQ container is between 23-28T.
4. Main Markets: Some African countries and countries in Central and South America.
